Cooling

Central air, high-efficiency mini-splits, heat pumps, and evaporative cooling. We install what fits the house, not a package we need to move.

How we size the system

Conduit Tech

For replacements and new systems we scan the house with LiDAR in Conduit Tech, then run an ACCA Manual J load — room by room and for the whole home. That is how we pick capacity. We do not guess off square footage.

Maintenance membership — no contract

Other companies make you sign a club contract. We don't. Do maintenance with us and you're a member for one year on that piece of equipment — automatic. Annual visit, priority scheduling, warranty protection, 24/7 emergency service, and 10% off repairs and emergency rates. Call for current rates.

Quick tip: Change the filter too. Most 1-inch filters every 30–60 days; 4–5 inch media every 4–6 months.
