This is not a Florida heat pump. From 800 Stockton Ave #3 we spec equipment that still heats when the Front Range drops below zero, including Daikin FIT and dual-fuel with a gas backup.
Why people are switching

We also service and maintain heat pumps already in the field, including humidifier work and high-efficiency filter changes on Daikin FIT systems. New systems get a Conduit Tech LiDAR scan and an ACCA Manual J load — room by room and for the whole house — so the unit is sized for this climate, not a rule of thumb.
