Hours, emergencies, heat pumps, and whether we'll try to sell you a furnace. If it isn't here, call or text.
What towns do you serve?
Fort Collins is home base — 800 Stockton Ave #3, opening September 2026. We already cover Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Timnath, Laporte, Livermore, Severance, Johnstown, Milliken, Nunn, Estes Park, Red Feather Lakes, Crystal Lakes, Fox Acres, Bellvue, Virginia Dale, and Carr. If you're close and not sure, call or text (970) 493-0866.
Do you take no-heat and no-cool emergencies?
Yes. A cold house with kids, or a house that won't cool in July, is an emergency — not a ticket number. Call or text (970) 493-0866. Weekdays 7:30 am–5:30 pm; weekends by appointment, and we still answer emergency calls.
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. Heating, cooling, hydronics, indoor air, and maintenance — all makes and models, not only equipment we installed.
Will you try to sell me a new furnace?
We'll tell you what we'd do in our own house. Repair if that's enough. Replace if it isn't. Nobody gets scared into a new system. Debbie Arnold's furnace needed a valve, not a replacement.
Do heat pumps work in Northern Colorado winters?
Cold-climate units do — including Daikin FIT and dual-fuel with a furnace backup for the worst stretches. We size them with a LiDAR scan and a Manual J, not a guess off square footage. We also help you check Xcel, Efficiency Works, and Colorado rebates. We don't promise a dollar amount until you qualify.
How do I get on the schedule?
Call or text (970) 493-0866 — same number. Email ContactUs@GrantsHVAC.com, use the contact form, or the chat on this site. Online booking is coming soon. Until then we still get you on the calendar.
How will I know when the technician is coming?
We run appointments on ServiceTitan. You get a text reminder, a photo of who is coming, a live arrival window, and you can track the truck to your house. After the visit you have a record of the work, plus a reminder when maintenance is due.
How do you size a new system?
Conduit Tech LiDAR scan of the house, then an ACCA Manual J — room by room and whole home. That's how we pick capacity. We don't guess.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Prequalify through the Optimus payment portal (soft credit check). Call or text the office for how we take payment on that job.
Do I have to sign a membership contract?
No contracts. Other companies lock you into a club before they'll treat you like a customer. We don't. When we do maintenance on a piece of equipment, you're automatically a member on that equipment for one year. Call or text (970) 493-0866 for current rates.

How often should I change my filter?
Quick tip: Change the filter too. Most 1-inch filters every 30–60 days; 4–5 inch media every 4–6 months. Pets, construction dust, and wildfire smoke mean change it sooner. If you're not sure which you have, we'll look at the next visit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed residential and commercial, and insured. Colorado does not issue a statewide HVAC license; we hold the city and county licenses the work requires.
