We size it with a LiDAR scan and a Manual J — not a guess off square footage — so it holds when Colorado gets extreme. How we size the system
Conduit Tech
For replacements and new systems we scan the house with LiDAR in Conduit Tech, then run an ACCA Manual J load — room by room and for the whole home. That is how we pick capacity. We do not guess off square footage.

When our furnace stopped working the large corporation I had been using came out and said I needed a new $800 part or a new furnace, then left. I tried calling them three times and only got a call center. Two other large companies spent hours trying to talk me into a new furnace, AC, and air cleaner. A friend recommended Grant’s. Grant inspected the furnace, said it had a few more years in it, and all I needed was a new valve. His technician replaced the valve, inspected and cleaned the furnace for less than $500. They treat you like family rather than just another client.
