What it is
A gas furnace burns natural gas and pushes warm air through the ducts. It is still the right heat for a lot of Front Range houses, and it is the backup on a dual-fuel heat pump when the night gets extreme. We work on the furnace that is already in the house — Rheem, and every other brand.
What we do
- • No-heat calls treated as an emergency, not a ticket number.
- • Diagnosis first. A valve, a board, or a flame sensor if that is all it needs.
- • Replacement when the heat exchanger is done or the furnace cannot keep the house warm.
- • Fall tune-ups so it is ready before the cold snap, not the night it fails.
- • Dual-fuel: a furnace paired with a cold-climate heat pump.
- • Sized with a LiDAR scan and a Manual J when the system is new. Not a guess off square footage.
