What it is

A boiler heats water, not air. That water runs radiators, baseboard, or tubing in the floor. A lot of older Northern Colorado houses, and plenty of new ones, are built this way. The water heater may share the mechanical room. We look at the whole system before anyone talks about tearing it out.
